Baywater Capital Partners Hires RBJ As Exclusive Leasing Agent For 10 & 20 Dan Road, Canton

Two Buildings Comprise 214,000 SF Of Space In Canton Commerce Center, One Of Region’s Most Dominant Industrial Parks

BOSTON – June 27, 2012 – Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, LLC (RBJ&P), a full-service commercial real estate advisory firm, announced today that it has been retained by Baywater Capital Partners LTD LLC as the exclusive leasing agent for 10 and 20 Dan Road in Canton, Mass.

Built in 2001, 10 and 20 Dan Road are two of the more modern buildings in the market.  Both buildings are flex properties, with 10 Dan Road totaling 110,000 square feet (25,000 available) and 20 Dan Road totaling 104,000 square feet (20,000-72,000 available).  Notable tenants include Analogic Corporation, which recently extended its lease at 20 Dan Road, and Fidelity Information Systems, which recently signed a long term-commitment on 85,000 square feet at 10 Dan Road, consolidating from two locations in Dedham and Norwood.

The two-building portfolio is part of the Canton Commerce Center, one of the Route 128 South market’s most dominant industrial parks.  The park consists of nearly 2 million square feet of office, industrial and flex space in a mature corporate setting.  Nearby amenities along Route 138’s commercial corridor include a wide range of retail, restaurants and day care facilities.  Canton Commerce Center offers excellent access to the region’s major highways (I-93, I-95 and Route 24) and is only 1.5 miles to the Canton Center MBTA station.
