RBJ attending Boston Business Journal’s “Best in Boston Real Estate” event, with four deals in the running for awards
Richards Barry Joyce & Partners has a handful of team members and clients attending today’s “Best in Boston Real Estate” awards event being conducted by the Boston Business Journal. It’s the BBJ’s first time conducting these awards and it should be an interesting event.
Four RBJ transactions have been chosen as finalists in their respective categories:
Deal of the Year: Green Mountain Coffee Roasters/The Gutierrez Company. Jon Varholak and Ron Friedman represented the Gutierrez Company in this transaction in Burlington.
Industrial/Flex Use: Sale of 325 Turnpike Road in Southborough. John Lashar, Paul Leone, Chris Skeffington and Roy Sandeman represented Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers in the sale of the building to Ken’s Foods.
Mixed/Special Use: Dana-Farber Cancer Institute at Longwood Center. Bob Richards and Chris McCauley represented DFCI in its lease to become the anchor tenant at Longwood Center.
Office: Ironwood Pharmaceuticals/BioMed Realty. Steve Purpura and Eric Smith represented BioMed in its lease with Ironwood at 301 Binney Street in Cambridge.
